GOBEY ACADEMY, with a wide network that spans local authorities, IT development, renewable energy companies, secondary-level schools, universities, and NGOs, we are at the forefront of creating positive change within our region. We have extensive experience working on EU programs such as Erasmus+Sport, E+KA1/KA2/KA3, Creative Europe, and Horizon 2020, as well as eco-smart projects in the field of renewable energies like solar and wind energy. By getting involved in leveraging smart investments and cutting-edge technologies, we are actively contributing to a greener future and creating opportunities for the communities we serve through EU Programmes What sets GOBEY ACADEMY apart is our strong network and partnerships. We collaborate closely with local authorities, IT development firms, renewable energy companies, secondary-level schools, universities, and NGOs, allowing us to draw on a wealth of expertise and resources. Together, we can achieve far greater results than any single organization could on its own. Mr. Hakkı AYAZ who is working as Co-founder and Project Coordinator in the institution worked as EU based Project development adviser in the EU local Project Coordination Office in a variety of organizations such, as the Educational Office for Project Development unit, City Council Project Development and Research Unit, Coper Berlin e.V; He provided various trainings such as PCM (Project Cycling Management). He has been working in the project development sector since 2007. He has experience coordinating various projects including EU İnstrument Projects, Lifelong Learning Projects such as Comenius/Grundtvig Learner Partnership, Leonardo da Vinci Partnership, Mobility, TOI, Erasmus+ KA1, KA2/KA3 Creative Europe, Erasmus+ Sport, Europe, Projects, Comenius regional partnership and CEDEFOB, Study Visits as well as UN based Projects upon social integration and refugees inclusion within local community He taught in Poland as Comenius English Language Assistant and graduated from EL English Language Teaching Educational Faculty. He did a fellowship on Leadership and Diplomacy under YTYA which is implemented both in Turkey and The USA by the Istanbul Policy Center; Sabancı University and The Atlantic Council Of United States, American University in WA, NY, and Atlanta in the USA He has strong networks with Both National and International enterprises/NGOs/Local Authorities/Schools/Universities and He has experience of working with the target groups. He speaks English, German, and Turkish and has worked as a Project development officer for 14 years. Mr. Abdulselam Irmak is a co-founder and primarily works on EcoSmart, IT tools, and renewable energy projects as a coordinator. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes. He has worked as a software developer (JavaScript) for device schematics of industrial control cabinets. Additionally, he has collaborated and managed various projects related to process visualization and optimization. He worked as manager of several internal projects with report to the management. Training of colleagues in various interdisciplinary areas (software and hardware) as well as an expert in the execution of the development of the monitoring system in Python in Tech companies in Germany.
